FINISHING
Grinding, Stroke Sanding, Sanding of Welds, Manual Deburring of Edges, Timesaver for a Blemish Free Surface, Grain and Sand Blasting and Glass Beading

CHEMICAL FINISH
RoHS Chromate Conversion (clear), Yellow for Aluminum and Zinc Phosphate for steel

PAINT
In house Wet Painting capability. Automatic Line Powder Coat Finishing available.

SILK-SCREEN
In house Silk-screen with Exposure System and multiple Screening Stations

ASSEMBLY
Value-added mechanical assembly, part Kitting and Stores Location Tracking.

INSPECTION
First Off Inspection off the CNC turrets with FabriVISION scanner
